The Origin

Why I built what I built

I've led businesses through hurricanes — literally. As Chief Executive of Cable & Wireless Grenada in 2004, Hurricane Ivan devastated the island and the entire telecoms network. We rebuilt. That experience taught me what leadership and resilience in business really means.

From CEO roles across the Caribbean to Executive VP of a US$100M transformation program, and 15 years coaching hundreds of entrepreneurs — I kept seeing the same pattern: talented, driven business owners stuck — not from lack of effort, but from lack of a clear system and a coach in their corner.

That's why I built BizGrowthOS — my entire coaching framework, made accessible 24/7 through AI. And it's why I continue doing deep advisory work through CILC for leaders who need more than a platform.

Both are rooted in the same conviction: great coaching changes the trajectory of a business and a life. I want that available to every leader who needs it.
